Construction Material & Rules
The ENTIRE boat must be built from cardboard & duct tape. Silicone caulk, may be used to reinforce seams.
Corrugated Cardboard, Carpet Tubes, Cardboard Blocks can be found at recycling centers, appliance stores, department stores, discount clubs, electronics stores.
Pre-treated cardboard such as waxed cardboard is not allowed. One part paint or varnish is allowed, no two part epoxy or fiberglass paint is allow.
Hull wrapping in duct tape is not allowed. Duct tape can be 5 inches on bvoth sides of seams.
